Precautionary Measures To Mitigate The Spread of Virus

To minimise the risk of community spread of COVID-19, ComfortDelGro Rent-A-Car has put in place enhanced precautionary measures in our office and maintenance workshops to provide a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

These include:

• Temperature checks of all employees / suppliers / customers before entering the office premise and during the day. Unwell individuals with abnormal temperature and respiratory symptoms such as cough and running nose will be denied of entry

• Sanitise all our vehicles before and after each rental and usage

• Performing thorough cleaning of our vehicles with disinfectants (all possible contact points) and vacuuming

• Increased cleaning frequency at common office areas using sanitisers

• Contact tracing logs

Our employees have been advised to step up on good personal hygiene of regular hand washing and the use of effective hand sanitiser. Unwell staffs would have to wear a mask, see the doctor or avoid coming into close and sustained proximity with others. We will strictly adhere to all recommended health and hygiene practices to all aspects of our operations, including monitoring of overseas travel and a 14-day Leave of Absence issued to any employee returning from Mainland China.
